Educators will experience a company’s environment, interact with employees, and be exposed to the educational needs businesses and their industries are currently seeking and will seek in the future.
Topics businesses will incorporate this year include effective organizational communication, employee collaboration, the design and editing process, encouraging innovation and creativity, diversity, equity, and inclusion practices, skill development and coaching, and sharing workforce needs.
