Vice President of Finance and Operations
$70,000 to $90,000 annually
The Chamber is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented individual to join their senior leadership team filling the role of Vice President of Finance and Operations. Along with overseeing all finance functions of the organization and supervising a team member, the position includes serving as the internal liaison for human resources and IT services. This individual will be responsible for fostering a culture of financial transparency and collaboration by empowering staff members with the necessary financial knowledge and tools to make informed decisions and achieve success. Qualified candidates will have an extensive understanding of all areas of general financial accounting as well as demonstrated success in managing operations.

Director of Workforce
$60,000 to $65,000 annually
The Chamber Foundation is seeking a Director of Workforce to oversee workforce development initiatives and programs to support the growth of the community and our organization. This position will work closely with the business, education, government, and non-profit community to develop unique solutions to the workforce issues facing our region and internal leadership to identify opportunities and develop strategies to support the organization’s goals. This position plays a critical role in convening groups, identifying needs, and building solutions. This is a highly external facing position with specific focus on development of partner relationships and fund development.
