  • Vice President of Workforce & Talent

    Salary range: $60,000 to $70,000

    The Chamber is seeking a relationship-oriented and passionate individual to fill the position of Vice President of Workforce & Talent. This leadership role will work closely with various business and community stakeholders to develop and deploy new programs, initiatives, and solutions to the workforce and talent issues facing our region. As a highly external-facing position, there will be a specific focus on the development of relationships as well as essential financial resource development. Prior related experience is required.   • Administrative and Finance Specialist

    Salary range: $42,000 to $48,000

    The Administrative and Finance Specialist is part of The Chamber's internal support team. Assisting the President/CEO, Executive Vice President and other staff as directed. This position works on daily accounting, office, and facilities and manages scheduling and email support for the President/CEO and Vice President of Corporate Partnerships. Additionally, the position serves as a backup for the Engagement Support Specialist front desk and serves as a resource to program and event staff providing assistance as needed. Prior customer service and administrative support experience required.
