The ChamberChoice Awards recognize the best of the best when it comes to businesses in the Fargo Moorhead West Fargo area. These organizations make a significant impact, drive economic growth and help make this region a better place to work, live and do business. Winners exemplify excellence through proven growth or stability, innovation, creativity, community leadership and achievements. At an annual upbeat luncheon, attendees will be the first to hear the year's winners, as well as have the opportunity to network with other area professionals and kick back at this fun event.
The Fargo Moorhead West Fargo Chamber of Commerce hosts its ChamberChoice Awards annually to recognize local organizations in eight categories: not-for-profit; small business; business; diversity & inclusion; young professionals best place to work; emerging business; resilient business; and the people’s choice.
Award applicants are narrowed down to three finalists in each category. The finalists and winners will be announced at our awards ceremony on Friday, May 21, 2021.
2020 ChamberChoice Highlights
Last year’s ChamberChoice Awards pivoted to a virtual celebration of business, entrepreneurship and community. Even though we weren’t together in person, we had a blast hosting and watching with you online. Emcee Patrick Kirby of Do Good Better Consulting helped jam-pack the event with fun, anticipation and activities that kept the magic of the luncheon alive. Congratulations to our 2020 ChamberChoice candidates, finalists and winners, and thank you to everyone that helped make this event possible.

How it works
Nominate your own or another deserving company that has made an impact and contributed to the vitality of business in our community for the 2021 ChamberChoice Awards. You can nominate as many organizations as you want, including your own, and in more than one category.
Nominations open January 1, and close January 29, 2021.
Nominees will be asked to submit an application, telling us why they should be a ChamberChoice winner. Members who complete the application in its entirety will become candidates for the ChamberChoice Awards and will receive two complimentary tickets to attend the awards luncheon. Applications open Monday, February 8.
With a shorter application this year, it’s easier than ever to apply!
In order to become a candidate for an award, you must meet the criteria and complete an application. Applications for the 2021 ChamberChoice Awards will open Monday, February 8 and close on Friday, March 5, 2021.
Any business that has won in a particular category is not eligible to win again in that particular category for five years. Applicants may apply for more than one award but must submit a separate application for each category.
Applications will be evaluated and scored based on excellence through proven growth or stability, innovation, creativity, community leadership and achievements. Any applications that do not meet the award category criteria will be disqualified.
Applicants will receive notice letting them know they have successfully filled out the application and have qualified to be a candidate for their award category and will receive two complimentary tickets to the luncheon. A total of two complimentary tickets per company will be given regardless of how many applications are submitted.
Judges are selected from the over 2,000 Chamber member organizations based on integrity, trustworthiness, fairness and ability to be transparent declaring any conflicts of interest. They spend hours reading through and carefully evaluating every application. Scoring and selection is done with no involvement from Chamber staff other than coordinating the process.
