About Us
Reach Partners brings clarity and organization to the good work you want to do. We’re a project management company that emphasizes purpose and values as we guide your projects and events. From identifying the vision to establishing a budget, we know what questions to ask and what pitfalls to avoid as we give shape and structure your projects, events and more.
Our work revolves around four primary areas: process thinking and strategy, conversation facilitation, team leadership, and planning. Among the scenarios where we’ve applied these skills are events, community-based projects, coalition projects, creative placemaking, and public art.
Between the two partners – Anita Hoffarth and Rachel Asleson – Reach Partners offers nearly 50 years of professional experience. Anita has led strategic planning and vision for regional and statewide events. From rallying grassroots organizers to engaging 900 volunteers, Anita knows how to communicate clearly to keep everyone moving toward the end goal. Rachel has facilitated conversations on topics as diverse as health and wellness to art and social practice. She has managed international conferences, lecture series and educational exhibits. Together, they do their work with emphasis on company values of gratitude, integrity, beauty, possibility and empathy.
