North Dakota Corn Growers Association

Brenda Elmer is the Executive Director for the North Dakota Corn Growers Association.  She joined the Association in 2020.She is a graduate of Hamline University in St. Paul, MN with a masters degree in public administration, and Minnesota State University Moorhead in Moorhead, MN with bachelor degrees in both Mass Communication and Political Science. She has more than 20 years of public policy experience at the federal, state and local levels. Brenda previously served as a North Dakota regional director for a national construction association, worked for a U.S. Senator, served nine years as an elected official on her city council, and has served on numerous local and statewide boards.
