Nancy Mahlen

I am the first Fargo-based Regional Manager for the Microsoft TEALS Program! I work to connect tech professionals with schools to bring computer science to ND high-school students. I have a background in science and teaching, with a Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in Geosciences and a Masters of Education from Roberts Wesleyan College in Rochester, NY. I've taught both high school and college, but am very excited to be in Fargo working on the administrative end! I work with 13 schools in ND plus 1 school across the river in MN – my goal is to increase the number of local tech volunteers with TEALS so that I can increase the number of high schools in ND that we can support.

Brittany Pavek

Brittany Pavek is a 2009 graduate of Concordia College, where she received a degree in Business Management and a minor in Psychology. With 10 years of sales experience, Brittany has spent the last 4 years in various sales roles at Microsoft, leading teams within the healthcare and education industries as well as the Great Lakes region Corporate account space. Brittany is currently a Sr. Business Program Manager on our newly created Strategy & Operations Team, aligning to Microsoft's most strategic projects. Brittany is also an active member of Give, recently leading the Strategy &Operations campaign for 2021, focused on coordinating volunteering events and fundraising opportunities for employees to give back to the community. When she isn’t wrapped up in work, she enjoys family time with her husband Justin and stays busy chasing around her two boys: Liam, 5 and Finn, 3.
