    What you need to know about our new website

    Our all-new fmwfchamber.com is live! We think it's pretty nice, and hope you do, too. We invite you to click around and check out upcoming events, community statistics, membership and volunteer information, Chamber news and articles, and more. We're so excited to have a refreshed look with mobile responsiveness. While the site is still new, we realize we probably have a few glitches here and there. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you see something weird or if you need help navigating this new site.

    We have also migrated to a new database called Chamber Master. This means members can create accounts to get more control of their information that is stored in our database and update your business name, address, logos, add staff members, and more, all through the Member Information Center (we call it MIC for short).

    Why use the MIC?

    • Update your contact information all on your own (Note: Everyone can edit their personal information, but only primary contacts can edit company information)
    • Automatically receive member pricing when registering for events
    • See details of events you've registered for and make changes as necessary
    • The website will remember and auto-fill your information
    • Browse the Business Directory within the MIC for enhanced information
    • Eventually, receive access to even more features in the MIC such as job postings, member-to-member deals and more


    How to get started in the MIC

    If this is your first time visiting, you must create your account.

    Step 1: From THIS PAGE, click the "Create your account" button.
    Step 2: Enter the email address associated with your Chamber membership (the one we should have on file).
    Step 3: Check your email and click on the link in that email.
    Step 4: In the "create your account" page, set up a password that follows the criteria listed and click continue.
    Step 5: Success! Click on the link in that screen to log in and being using the MIC.

    Now, you should have access to the MIC that looks something like this:




    If you are not in our database yet, your email will not be recognized (even if you work for a member!). Your organization's primary contact can add employees, or you can call us at 218.233.1100 and we'll help you get entered into the system.

    Not sure if you're a member? Search our Business Directory to see if your employer is listed. If so, you are considered a member because your employer is! That means you receive access to member benefits and member pricing on all events

    Now, you can start managing your account. To get started, browse the links below to assist in common functions you might be trying to perform. Please note that only an organization's primary contact can edit the organization record. All others can edit their personal record.

    Please note that you MUST have an account and be logged in to receive member pricing for events. Non-members can register just using their email address, but will not be able to receive an invoice and must pay for their registration using a credit card and pay the non-member rate.

    How to pay your bills Once your account is created and you're a returning visitor, you can log back in to the MIC using the "Member Login" link at the top of this website.

    All member organizations can upload enhanced profile information onto their listing in our online directory to stand out from the crowd.

    If you’re hosting an event open to the public and want to get the word out, share the details on our community calendar. Other Chamber and community members can browse to find out what’s going on around town!

    Drive traffic through your doors by creating exclusive deals just for other Chamber members! Add your own hot deal or browse other current deals.
