August Women Connect Recap | Building a New Leadership Model

August 22, women of the FMWF community gathered at the Avalon Events Center for an afternoon of inspiration with Sarah Smith Warren, Owner and CEO of Soul Space Work, a coaching and consulting space that helps people, organizations and businesses work to align their souls with work and life.

Warren shared her story about losing her son, Boyd, and how she was able to use her pain to build something beautiful and strong within herself and her community, thus forming Soul Space Work

With this work, Warren developed a strategy for helping others who may be struggling in their lives, and she shared with attendees a few of her key methods for bringing the authentic human experience into their lives and work, so they too could learn how to balance life and work in a healthy way.

From building relationships to displaying vulnerability, Warren explained the importance of embracing these things and implementing them in life.

“I want to be able to live a more honest, real and open life – even at work.”
