In just five years, the team has grown from one to 13 and is now a trusted partner for more than 40 clients and 175 entities across the region. But their true impact? Light Consulting specializes in financial consulting and executive coaching, helping small and midsize businesses simplify complexity and grow with confidence. Since launching in 2019, they’ve helped their clients secure over $50 million in funding—a return averaging 30 times their investment.Â
Their growth is just as impressive: 200% revenue growth since 2021, a 95% client retention rate and the recent opening of a second office in Detroit Lakes to support both team needs and client demand.Â
