Cancellations for sponsorships are permitted up to 30 calendar days prior to the event or meeting date unless otherwise specified or prearranged with The Chamber. Cancellations for individual registrations are permitted up to 14 working days prior to the event or meeting date unless otherwise specified or prearranged with The Chamber. After these deadlines, registered participants and sponsors will be required to pay for the event regardless of attendance, due to The Chamber's contractual obligations with vendors and associated costs.
Early registration discounts apply only to reservations made before the published deadline for the specific event.
