No matter who you are, where you came from or what your story is, you’re welcome here. Your mental health is what matters to us. We provide diagnostic assessments including DC-05 and ongoing therapy services for early childhood, families, couples, adolescents, adults and the elderly. We also offer Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Incredible Years, Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT—this is coming soon!) and Trauma-Informed Child-Parent Psychotherapy (TI-CPP).
