Fargo Air Museum

Ryan J Thayer is the Executive Director at the Fargo Air Museum. Ryan is responsible for guiding the Fargo Air Museum into the future by transforming it into a must see tourist destination. This work will involve partnering with other area destination attractions, getting involved with the community and working closely with the Board of Directors to help make the Fargo Air Museum a premier event center and tourism destination. 

Ryan, who joined the organization in 2020 and has over 15 years of business ownership, sales and marketing and managerial experience. Ryan’s past experience comes from diverse roles at various financial, insurance and real estate firms as well as building 8 different businesses from the ground up. He earned a Bachelors of Business Administration Degree with an Entrepreneurial focus from the University Of North Dakota where he ran multiple small businesses through college. He currently maintains a Private Pilots License.
