For 25 years Community Options has been helping people by offering person-centered services. We were founded on the simple belief that service choices and decisions begin with the client and need to be directed by the individual. We are dedicated to supporting people as they strive to achieve their goals on their terms and by their choice, so they can live a lifestyle with dignity and respect. At Community Options, our client's success is our success.
Our company is comprised of two departments, Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Services and Behavioral Health Services. Developmental Disabilities Services provide a variety of in-home and community-based support services based on the level of care the individual needs. Our Behavioral Health Services provide services to individuals who are experiencing low income, homelessness, justice-involved, brain injury, mental health diagnosis, addiction, and single parents. We use evidence-based practices and a person-centered approach, to help people accomplish their goals, whether that is securing housing, furthering education, finding work, or even obtaining identification and other items someone may need to achieve self-sufficiency.
