This position supports people with disabilities in their homes. You will assist with activities, transportation, personal cares, meal prep and household duties. Learning about the Person SupportedAttends initial and annual trainings on each specific program plan individualized to meet the needs of the people supported.Learns about community involvement and interests specific to each person supported.
