    Our ideal Sales Manager is a strategic leader who will drive our sales team to exceptional performance through coaching, accountability, and hard work. This person is not afraid to roll up his/her sleeves, take ownership of issues, and solve problems. We need an excellent communicator who can be direct when needed but is also humble, empathetic and adapts well when working with different personalities.

    We want someone who is an advocate for both BNG and our sales team, enjoys working with growth-oriented organizations and is always learning. We need a manager who gives clear direction and feedback, follows through, and is not afraid of tough conversations. The ideal candidate leads by example, takes initiative, and demonstrates patience and positivity on a daily basis.

    What You Will Be Doing

    Team leadership

    • Lead all sales efforts across multiple divisions, including lead generation, cold calling, inside sales, outside sales, and partner program
    • Coach, mentor, and advocate for the sales team
    • Develop programs to motivate all sales team members for world-class performance
    • Demonstrate servant leadership through leading by example and an attitude of “how can I help?”

    Management and accountability

    • Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard top-notch sales professionals and independent reps
    • Directly manage in-house, remote, and independent sales reps
    • Oversee sales training programs and growth opportunities for team members at all levels
    • Develop sales metrics to measure individual and team performance and drive accountability

    Sales process ownership

    • Collaborate with technical, marketing, sales, underwriting, and customer service to implement efficient and consistent sales to onboarding to client success process for new clients
    • Champion the use of CRM and sales automation technologies
    • Develop sales team budgets and forecasts, and implement best practices to meet and exceed revenue targets Create a culture of continuous improvement to build an industry-leading sales team

    What We Want From You

    Required

    • 5+ years in sales team management or related experience
    • Passion for building out a well-oiled sales organization
    • Strong leadership, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
    • Exceptional organization, process-orientation, and problem solving capabilities
    • Demonstrated experience executing sales management and automation software within sales teams, including CRM, reporting tools, MS Office and/or G Suite

    Preferred

    • 10+ years in sales and/or sales management roles
    • Demonstrated expertise implementing sales best practices to drive revenue
    • Product and industry knowledge in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), payment processing, Point-of-Sale (POS), and/or digital marketing services
