    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Be the face and voice of Office Sign Company
    • Answer the phone within 2 rings with the determination of making this the customer’s best day ever
    • Answer and support all customer questions and product inquiries
    • Assist customers with placing orders
    • Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
    • Constantly deliver value to our customers through every interaction
    • Maintain a sense of urgency to meet response time goals
    • Increase the chance our customer will be 100% satisfied in their use of our product by being proactive & having a strong attention to detail & accuracy
    • Ensure all customers achieve their desired outcome through their interactions with the company
    • Learn about our products, and become knowledgeable on all of our products & manufacturing processes
    • Become your customer’s best friend by creating custom solutions
    • Turn customer complaints into a positive experience
    • Consistently work towards common goals of the Success team
    • Deliver results under pressure, work independently, and take ownership of assigned tasks
    • Bring an Innovative approach to help us be the best sign company in the world

    SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Cross-training in sublimation, vinyl, engraving and assembly departments in order to assist our production team during busy seasons
    • Take Initiative to go above & beyond the job description for the betterment of the company
    • See challenges as an opportunity for a learning experience
    • Uphold a value of Service, putting others before themselves through interactions with co-workers, customers, and community members
    • Contribute to high-level discussions about department operations and growth
    • Committed to his or her personal growth as well as the growth of other employees and the company

    TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS

    • Master the use of the phone and a computer
    • Strong knowledge of MS Word and Excel or similar word processing/spreadsheet software
    • Experience with fast-paced, accurate data entry is a plus
