    TECHNOLOGY COORDINATOR
     
    We are seeking a motivated individual to help our real estate agents grow their businesses through the use of our technology platforms and tools. This tech-savvy person will learn our existing platforms and be responsible for driving technology adoption and usage with our agents.
    Our ideal candidate will be familiar with a variety of technology platforms including but not limited to CRMs, social media, digital marketing, and website maintenance, promotion, and analytics. This person must have the ability to maintain our technology platforms, troubleshoot issues with vendors, and be comfortable providing tech training and support to agents both 1:1 and in group settings.
    The individual best suited for this job will possess the rare combination of being both tech-oriented and people-oriented. We are searching for someone who is gifted with technological ability AND enjoys helping others understand how to use and adopt various tech tools. This position requires a lot of patience as it often involves assisting agents with a limited understanding of technology.
    Duties to include but not limited to:

    • Be the tech liaison between PARK CO., REALTORS’ company strategy and our agents
    • Be the primary point of contact for the tech platforms and keep everyone informed on the latest updates and features
    • Craft a successful technology strategy combined with a thorough marketing plan for our agents that will increase their business using the technology platforms and tools available
    • Conduct tech audits for all agents to determine their technology needs
    • Determine connections between our tech platforms and the success of their businesses
    • Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions on tech tools 1:1 and in group settings
    • Drive adoption for our agents; provide ongoing support and training as needed
    • Implement new technology assignments and platforms
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time and in budget
    • Optimize platforms for the brokerage’s growing needs
    • Continue daily learning and development of the latest technology in real estate
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in technology, marketing, advertising, or related area, or 5+ years of equivalent work experience
    • Proven experience managing technology, data and online metrics
    • Ability to take initiative and problem-solve
    • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to work with various skill levels
    • Digital Marketing, Google Analytics, WordPress experience a plus

    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $40,000 - $60,000 per year
