    We are looking for a Human Resources & Organizational Development Manager to join our Fargo or Grand Forks, ND team

    EAPC is currently looking for an experienced, highly motivated, and technically exceptional Human Resources & Organizational Development Manager.

    As the Human Resources & Organizational Development Manager at EAPC, you will
    • Provide leadership development and HR support for enterprise leaders, functional leaders, and general people managers on daily employee relations and performance management issues
    • Implement and administer employee policies in accordance with state and federal regulations, ensure confidentiality of employment records
    • Support the organization in implementing programs to help improve the employment experience and foster a culture of development
    • Offer proactive recruiting assistance, create and manage job/work structure documentation, manage/maintain a consistent onboarding process across all geographies including administration of employee benefits
    • Establish relationships with education institutions to keep our new-graduate pipeline active
    • Maintain a working knowledge of trends and issues affecting the industry's workforce
    • Gather and analyze data for useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
    • Keep a pulse on organizational health by serving as liaison between the Partners and the greater organization to reinforce strategic messages and leadership alignment
    • Encourage structural support and reinforcement of corporate culture to ensure structures allow for and encourage the expression of corporate beliefs and values through leader/staff behaviors and actions
    To join us, you should have
    • Bachelor's degree in HR management or related discipline; Master's in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred
    • 5+ years experience in HR or directly related field
    • Demonstrated expertise in HR policies and procedures, HR best practices, and employee development programs
    • Basic experience in employment law practices and employee relations issues
    • Evidence of an active recruitment philosophy, sound judgement, leadership development skills, and a customer-focused attitude
    • Adept at leveraging all types of technology in managing and communicating within and outside the organization
