    Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service.  Has ability to recognize, cut, grind,
    slice and tenderize all varieties of fresh meat.  Handles food in a safe manner and ensures
    department is clean, sanitary, fresh and full. Rotates stock, stocks cases, and places product in the
    coolers and freezers.   Primary challenge in this position is consistently meeting assigned daily
    production requirements and in ensuring meat preparation is consistently in accordance with
    Hornbacher’s Foods standards and procedures.
