    The Retail Loan Processing Manager is responsible to coach, develop, and lead the Consumer and In-House Real Estate Loan Processors. The Retail Loan Processing Team will work closely with Personal Bankers to ensure that loans are accurately and efficiently processed in accordance with the organization’s vision, core values, team guidelines, and overall business plan. Position will build and develop relationships across business lines to ensure the loan processing team and procedures are compliant and following necessary regulations. The Retail Loan Processing Manager leads a high performance team by creating a work environment that supports engagement, innovation, and teamwork.  

    Duties and Responsibilities:  

    • Coach, develop, and lead team members to create an effective and engaged team by setting performance goals, monitoring progress, and coaching.  
    • Determine staffing levels for the team and essential roles required for success.  
    • Prepare Loan Documents in LaserPro in accordance with approved terms and compliance with regulations.  
    • Complete all pre and post-closing items, including but not limited to: ordering flood certificates, title work and insurance, funding loans according to disbursement instructions, recording Mortgage/Deed of Trust & imaging loan documents to Director.  
    • Maintain tickler system for documentation tracking & request information as needed.  
    • Manage & prioritize the workflow of the Consumer and In-House Real Estate Loan Processors while coaching, developing and leading the team to successfully assist the loan officers and customers while keeping the files in compliance.  
    • Other duties and responsibilities as needed or assigned.   

     

    This is a full time position with benefits.  

    High School diploma required. Minimum of three years’ experience in Retail loan processing required with at least 1 year experience with TRID loans and 1 year prior supervisory experience.
