    This position can be located in Devils Lake, ND, West Fargo, ND, Marshall, MN or remote.

    The Data and Systems Administrator is responsible to extract data from organization platforms and utilize that data to create user reports for management and key stakeholders. Reports created will provide management business data for use in decision making and organizational efficiency improvement initiatives. This position will also be responsible for aiding in implementation of organization software and providing administration and support of Salesforce environments.   The Data and Systems Administrator will lead in ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of Salesforce and system data. This position will also facilitate and administer the design of platform reporting, analytics, and dashboards.

    Duties and responsibilities:

    • Aggregates and compiles business data based on requests from senior leadership with a focus on risk assessment, credit quality trending, market segment opportunities and business development.
    • Serve as primary system administrator for Salesforce by handling all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks. Assist in Salesforce and associated module implementation and assist with integration with other systems.
    • Writes queries or reports to provide data for various analytical projects. 
    • Develops and implements data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
    • Integrates data from multiple data sources or functional areas, ensures data accuracy and integrity, and updates data as needed.
    • Implements custom reporting and business intelligence tools, including CRM reporting, SQL Server Reporting Services and Power BI.
    • Develops and implements automated data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality using stored procedures or .net code
    • Filters and cleans data, and reviews computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and corrects code problems.
    • Excellent handle on technology, including proficiency of Microsoft office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint, customer relationship management software, TSQL / Stored Procedures, and source code control Self-directed and takes initiative
    • Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology or related field with a minimum of three years related experience required. Experience with API’s/web services strongly preferred.
