    Our Economic Empowerment Division and Child Care Aware team seek an amazing individual for the following position:

    ND QRIS Coordinator – full-time, 40 hours per week

    Coordinate and supervise the ND QRIS Program, Bright & Early ND, and perform tasks related to project planning and implementation to include community outreach, proposals, budgets, and reporting. Provide supervision and direction for assigned QRIS Assessor and Coaching staff, and in the absence of the CCA Manager, assist in coordinating Child Care Aware program activities. The employee’s primary duty includes the exercise of discretion and independent judgement.
    Minimum Qualifications:
    • Must be a current Growing Futures Registry member (https://www.ndgrowingfutures.org/individuals)
    • Have a placement of Category H or higher on the Growing Futures Career Pathway (having a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood, Child Development OR in a related field with at least 24 semester credits in Early Childhood are the prerequisites)
    • Possess 2+ years of verified employment experience working directly with children ages birth – 8 years
    • Have experience in a leadership role, including supervision and reporting responsibilities
    • Must pass a state of North Dakota Background Check
    • Must be fully vaccinated against the COVID 19 virus by first day of employment
    • Must hold a valid driver’s license, current insurance coverage if using own vehicle, and be able to arrange own transportation to meet with clients and conduct business within the assigned service delivery area
