Her career started in recruiting for technology and professional services firms. She was a Talent Manager at Eide Bailly Technology Consulting for 7 years and then for 4 years at Alerus Financial in Fargo and Grand Forks. While living in Fargo\, she was an active member of FMHRA (Fargo Moorhead Human Resource Association) and served on the board for 2 different 2 year terms. Katie joined the Dale Carnegie team as highly leveraged contract trainer in 2015 and in 2019 became the VP of Training and Quality. She is a Dale Carnegie Certified Trainer in multiple core programs and has extensive experience delivering customized training solutions for clients across various industries.
