Melissa Lunak is a dedicated advocate for Dakota Supply Group (DSG), recognizing its most valuable asset as employee owners. With over a decade of experience as an accomplished executive, she has played a pivotal role in fostering the growth and development of DSG's workforce.  

Prior to DSG, Melissa was the Director of Human Resources for Detroit Lakes Public Schools in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota. She also held the position of Systems Operations Supervisor at a prominent electrical cooperative in North Dakota.  

In addition to her executive role at DSG, Melissa serves on the Leadership Council for Employee-Owned S Corporations of America (ESCA) and continues to speak at events for the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO) and The ESOP Association at a local, regional and national level. She has also spoken for other large companies on human capital, employee ownership, and workforce development, such as Bremer Bank and Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota. Melissa is an active member of the Society for Human Resources (SHRM)’s Executive Network, committing herself to revolutionizing the world of work and ensuring success for her fellow members. 

Melissa earned her undergraduate degree from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, ND, and an MBA from the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND. Her extensive executive experience and dedication to employee ownership make her an invaluable asset to DSG's continued success.
