Women’s Entrepreneurship Week is a weeklong event designed to celebrate women in entrepreneurship, share ideas and bring together the champions working to make the region a great place to start a company. A global effort, Women’s Entrepreneurship Week is celebrated in over 30 countries and 45 states. 2019 was the inaugural year events were held in Fargo and we had the largest gathering in the country with over 700 people participating throughout the week.
This year, we’re back with more and thrilled to offer digital access to all events to allow anyone to safely join wherever they call home. Events throughout the week are organized by the community for the community and attendees can register for free at www.shestartsweek.com.
With over 25 events on the schedule, there are opportunities for women in all stages of entrepreneurship to participate. From managing cash flow to successfully hosting virtual events, the week’s lineup has events to connect, celebrate and impact women entrepreneurs.
Key features of the week include:- Ask Me Anything Sessions : Regional and national experts are sharing an hour of their time to engage with participants on topics including negotiation, building out a power team, the art of the pitch and more.
- Rise & Shine Founders Voices Series : Each morning is kicking off with voices of female founders from across the state of North Dakota. Hear their stories of how they’re building their companies!
