There is an old saying that you miss 100% of the shots you don't take. Self-doubt is often a primary driver for not taking that shot. This session will explore key motivators of self-doubt, and challenge women to get out of their own way and feel confident that they deserve success, happiness and fulfillment.
This month's speaker:
Jessica Fyre

This discussion will:- Explore the key motivators of self-doubt.
- Challenge individuals to have the courage to risk disappointment. We often look at others and think 'they got lucky.' People don't achieve sustained success through luck, although it may appear that way to others. Achieving success requires the willingness to take a chance and risk disappointment. Although it can be scary, taking a risk is often necessary to move to the next level.
- Discuss how to overcome disappointment. We all face disappointment. Disappointment is how we grow as leaders, individuals and team members. Don't let disappointment define or hold you back.
- Explore the importance of sponsorship. Sponsors are those people who are actively advocating for your next promotion or raise. These people are just an important as mentors, but are not often identified.
