Description
A webinar in partnership with Dale Carnegie
This event is SOLD OUT.
Corporate culture affects nearly everything, either directly or indirectly! The culture determines how employees see themselves as part of the organization, how they relate to customers, how they interact with authority, approach problem-solving, how they understand the business overall, make strategic decisions, describe their company's purpose, and more.
This session is designed to provide insight into the mindset of leaders as it relates to corporate culture, as well as the efforts being taken at the highest levels of an organization to address this important issue -- one that's especially important in times of adversity like these.
Join us for this interactive, virtual session where you'll find opportunities to compare your own attitudes and actions with leaders, whose high-performing cultures and outcomes make them "culture champions."
In this session, we will:
- Consider the concept of corporate culture and the potential impacts of serious adversity.
- Examine what's different about the attitudes and actions of leaders from organizations with high-performing cultures.
- Discover actions we can take to protect and improve the cultures in our own organizations during adversity.
Participants will receive link and instructions after registration.
This event is no-charge in May, and has limited registrations available, so act fast to save your seat!
