DoubleTree by Hilton & West Fargo Conference CenterDescription
Are you looking for ways to grow and develop? Are you wondering what it takes to prepare for a career advancement? Do you feel supported by other women? We live in a culture of constant criticism and competition that leaves us overextended and completely stressed. We are too busy to slow down enough to realign with our values and develop plans for personal growth. Mentoring relationships provide us with a dedicated time to escape the craziness long enough to gain confidence and find balance. Effective mentoring doesn’t happen without a considerable amount of planning, though.
This session will provide participants with a framework for effective mentoring, an understanding of mentoring roles, a structure to grow from the mentoring experience and practical tips to get started. Participants will share stories and engage with others to develop a mentoring plan with identified needs, goals and timelines so you can leave with a plan to #RiseAbove the criticism
