As we begin to slowly emerge from the COVID-19 pandemic and shift into the new normal, it is important to recognize that the effects of the pandemic are going to be around for a while.
The pandemic had and will continue to have a traumatic impact on employees' mental health, including higher rates of depression and anxiety, potentially leading to Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.
In this presentation we are going to:
- Examine the effects of the pandemic on people
- Consider why people are developing mental health-related issues and what signs and symptoms colleagues can look for
- Explore what organizations can do to support the re-entry process
This free session, led by EAP Trainer Robert Jones, will start at noon Central on Wednesday, Sept. 8, and will include time for questions and answers. This webinar is part of The Business Bite, a series of lunchtime talks on topics that matter. The session is free and spaces are limited. Register via Eventbrite
