The panel will focus on how involvement in YPN has affected each of our panelists’ careers and the impact the organization had on them as young professionals. This is a great opportunity to learn how you can maximize your participation in YPN and how participation can benefit your career.

Kara Jorvig
Kara Jorvig is the founder and CEO of Allegro Group, a premier consulting, organizational development and talent acquisition firm. For nearly 20 years, she has partnered with CEOs and executive teams to help them assemble, activate and accelerate their A-Teams.
She launched Allegro Group in 2015 with the goal of delivering high-quality, results-oriented consulting and talent acquisition services to regional corporations. In December 2020, Allegro Group acquired LEAD 406, a leadership development and experiential learning company based in Bozeman, Montana. Today, the company offers a full range of talent acquisition, leadership consulting, organizational development and marketing strategy services as well as transformational personal mastery programs to clients with offices across the U.S.
In addition to leading Allegro Group, Kara serves on the board of directors for the Fargo Moorhead West Fargo Chamber of Commerce and has received several awards for her work, including:

Aaron Hill
Aaron was born in Minot, ND and later moved to Fargo. He graduated from Shanley High School, received a B.A. in Political Science from St. John’s University (Collegeville, MN) and later an M.S. in Strategic Leadership from University of Mary. He is Co-Founder and Sales Manager of Fargo Brewing. He and his wife, Brianne, live in North Fargo with their two sons Graham and Bennett, and daughter Evelyn. He likes to party 😉
Camille Grade
Camille Grade serves as the Chief Market Officer at Bushel (Fargo, ND), an agtech company focused on building the digital infrastructure for the grain industry. Camille leads Bushel's outward voice to the marketplace through marketing and customer experience. She has transformed Bushel's brand from a nondescript local mobile software company to an international industry innovator, garnering close interest, monitoring, and collaboration with the largest agriculture companies in the world. Bushel has grown nation-wide brand recognition in short order due to Camille's story-telling capacity and ability to know and speak deeply to the unique values of the agriculture market. Camille built from scratch marketing, customer experience, support, and sales teams. She is a masterful question-asker, a powerful story-teller, has an unfailing moral compass, loyal, an articulate communicator, mentor, and friend. Camille believes in community involvement and recently concluded six years on the United Way of Cass Clay's board of trustees. She lives in Horace, ND with her husband Ryan and continues to stay connected to her family's farm near Borup, MN.#FMWFYPN
