Since 2020, the American people have had to fight not only a virus, but also the government shutdowns and mandates that followed. This event will cover the good, the bad and the ugly when it comes to government intervention as it relates to the pandemic. You can expect to have an update on the federal OSHA ETS mandate for businesses with 100 or more employees, the morality and legality of who decides if employees should mask or vaccinate, how interstate businesses are handling the various mandates and protocols, and the conflict between state law and federal law. This is a crucial discussion will get us all up to speed and have attendees leaving with a better understanding of how we can move forward as leaders, businesses, communities and as a country as a whole.Dr. Doug Griffin
