Trust is a valuable part of an organization, whether we recognize the need for it or not. Can I trust my subordinates to do their job? Can I be trusted with sensitive information? Can I trust my boss or organization to have my best interest in mind? This workshop, presented by Robert Jones of The Village Business Institute, delves into the idea of trust and unpacks what trust is and is not. We will examine the idea of leading with trust, and how to develop a trusting relationship with everyone whether subordinates, supervisors, customers and community.
This 3.5-hour seminar workshop includes 3 hours of contact and is approved for 2.5 HR (general) credits for HRCI. It is designed to address the needs of HR professionals, business owners/CEOs, senior executives, and board members. The cost of the seminar is $99 and tickets can be purchased at www.TheVillageFamily.org/TrustWorkshop.
This seminar may be available at no charge if your company has a Village EAP contract. Contact Lacie Horton at 701-451-4920 for more information.
