In today's high-paced and diverse workplace, many leaders, teams and organizations find it difficult to effectively work together and execute on their projects and strategic plans. This workshop builds on Patrick Lencioni's "Five Behaviors of Cohesive Teams." In this interactive two-hour session, you will receive a roadmap and practical advice on how to improve organizational results by building truly cohesive and effective teams in your business.

- Learn the characteristics of an effective team and the positive impacts on productivity and employee engagement
- Learn and share common obstacles in organizations to effective teamwork and the negative impacts on productivity and employee engagement
- Learn simple and effective ways to build cohesive and effective teams by focusing on increasing vulnerability-based trust between team members, improve conflict skills, enable commitment to goals and team member accountability, and work together to reach shared goals.
- Learn actionable steps participants will be able to take to improve collaboration within their teams immediately upon returning to work.

About the presenters
Ole Rygg (pronounced "Ooh-lah") is the founder of Corporate Elements LLC and brings 20 years of experience as a speaker, mediator, facilitator and executive coach for leaders and organizations in the U.S. and Europe. Ole has a broad background from telecom, banking/wealth management, healthcare, wholesale, manufacturing, distribution and more. Throughout his career his focus has been on developing effective leaders, cohesive teams and healthy organizational cultures.
Ole has a Master?s degree in Social Anthropology from the University of Oslo, Norway. He also has a Bachelor?s from the University of Lund, Sweden. He is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) by the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), a Certified Talent Consultant (CTC) by the Institute for Personality and Ability Testing (IPAT), and a Qualified Neutral (Mediator) under Rule 114 of the Minnesota Supreme Court General Rules of Practice. Ole has advanced certification from Hogan Assessments, Korn Ferry, and the Human Capital Institute, and he is an Authorized Partner and facilitator of Patrick Lencioni?s The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team®.
