BT 202 May - Catalytic Leadership
President & CEO
FMWF Chamber of Commerce
The Chamber’s President and CEO Shannon Full is described by her peers as one of the most catalytic leaders in the country. She describes herself as a disruptor, status quo challenger and change agent. So how does someone come to be a leader like this?
Please join us as Shannon shares her leadership journey at this session of Business Training. Full began her chamber career at the age of 24 with little experience or knowledge regarding chambers of commerce. She will discuss the obstacles she has had to overcome while leading businesses and communities, working with traditional male leaders, creating buy-in and consensus, balancing family life with work life, and the challenge of being in the public eye at all times. Shannon has had a very successful 20+ year career, is highly respected at the national level, and has mentored many male and female leaders throughout her career.
This training qualifies for 1.5 CPE credits through SHRM. For more information on receiving credits for this session, contact Bobbi at Brehder@fmwfchamber.com.
