Are you looking for ways to grow and develop? Are you wondering what it takes to prepare for a career advancement? Do you feel supported by other women? We live in a culture of constant criticism and competition that leaves us overextended and completely stressed. We are too busy to slow down enough to realign with our values and develop plans for personal growth. Mentoring relationships provide us with a dedicated time to escape the craziness long enough to gain confidence and find balance. Effective mentoring doesn?t happen without a considerable amount of planning, though.
