Before joining the United Way team\, Karla had been with Noridian Healthcare Solutions since 2000 in various leadership positions\, including Vice President of Organizational Strategy and Innovation\, Vice President of Project Management and Vice President of Contract Administration. She has more than 15 years of proven strategic business leadership with extensive experience in corporate strategy\, organization planning\, budget administration\, and proven leadership capabilities. Karla is known for her "give 120%" attitude that originates from her time as a basketball player and is driven by building teams through transparency and kindness. Karla grew up on a small dairy farm outside of Dalton\, Minn.\, and graduated from the University of Minnesota Crookston. She lives in Reile's Acres with her husband\, Michael and two sons\, Oliver and Isaac.
