Be the first to hear what exciting businesses these bright individuals are working on! Local business leaders will serve as judges and award funding in a "Shark Tank" style format. Then you can vote on your favorite business to win People's Choice! We promise you'll be impressed by these students\, their big ideas and their plans for bringing them to life.\n\n\n\nAs always\, the students will have just five minutes to pitch their ideas before fielding questions from the investors\, who will then determine how much funding to award to each venture. One student will also be selected to advance to the YEA! Over the course of this 25-week program\, students use a projects-based curriculum\, tour local businesses to learn about different industries\, conduct market research\, hear from guest speakers and work with local professionals who serve as mentors as the students write their business plans.
