While the site is still new, we realize we probably have a few glitches here and there. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you see something weird or if you need help navigating this new site.

We have also migrated to a new database called Chamber Master. This means members can create accounts to get more control of their information that is stored in our database and update your business name, address, logos, add staff members, and more, all through the Member Information Center (we call it MIC for short).

The MIC brings with it even more benefits to members. Through features designed to help you do and get more business, you can interact with other members through the forum, create deals to share with other Chamber and community members, post your open jobs, add your own events and spice up your organization’s look in the directory. Best of all, all of these features and benefits are totally FREE to you! Read on for more about these features.

NEW FEATURES JUST LAUNCHED

Enhanced profiles
All member organizations can now upload enhanced profile information onto their listing in our online directory to stand out from the crowd. This business directory information is search engine optimized, so the better your content, the better your overall internet search results. If you leave your listing as is, you will still get your business name, short description, address and any other details you submitted through your membership and verification forms.

What do enhanced profiles get?
•    Priority placement in your business categories
•    Search results description, logo and website link
•    Unlimited search keywords, 5 highlights with linked text
•    Large, 1,600 character description, logo, map link and social networks
•    Up to 15 photos and link to YouTube videos
•    Clean, mobile-friendly version of profiles

How to enhance your profile
Log in to your MIC. On the left side of the page, click on “Company Information.” Then, go through all the sections and fields to fill in as much information, including photos and videos, as you want.

Please note: Only the primary contacts of organizations have permission to edit their business’ profile and description.

Community events
If you’re hosting an event open to the public and want to get the word out, share the details on our community calendar. Other Chamber and community members can browse to find out what’s going on around town!

How to add your event
From our website, click on “Community Event Calendar” under the “Community” tab. Click the plus (+) icon (in between the keyword search and the calendar) to find the submission form.

Or add your event through the MIC when logged in. Either way, qualifying events from current members will be sent to us for approval and will appear on the calendar shortly. Need help? Email us at info@fmwfchamber.com or call 218.233.1100 and we’ll add it for you.
