  • “I am firm believer in this program because the Red River Valley is a vibrant and attractive place to see one’s career blossom.  I want PoC to be a support system, a platform where we can celebrate each other, and a resource for the businesses in the region that are sincerely looking inwardly & outwardly at ways to make their work environment compelling. We have an ever-changing diversified workforce and PoC is here to help the FMWF area stay globally competitive by having the adequate tools to equip and support local businesses.”
